The Green Transformation of the EU Economy and the Implications for Companies with Professor Andreas Rasche

The CBS MBA Alumni team are delighted to invite you to the first in-person Alumni event of 2021.

About the Event:

The EU has set in motion a number of initiatives aimed at strengthening the reporting on Sustainable Investment across all EU-member states. The initiatives include a comprehensive classification system for environmentally sustainable activities (the “EU Taxonomy”) as well as new disclosure rules for investors (the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, SFDR).

These will have a significant impact on how companies that fall under these new regulations operate and it is expected to cover up to 75% of total EU companies’ turnover, covering both large corporates and SMEs.

In his talk, Professor Andreas Rasche, will elaborate on the purpose and consequences of the EU Action Plan on EU member states and companies, especially focusing on Denmark.
